If you do not like your candle for any reason, we will be happy to refund your money, or offer you an exchange. Simply send us an email to TheAdirondackRetreat@gmail.com with the reason you are dissatisfied, so that we can continue to improve our candles. We will return your email with instructions to complete the refund or exchange.
BEFORE THE BURN
Always keep your wood wick trimmed to 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch before relighting your candle. You can do this with a wooden wick trimmer. For a candle already burned you can trim by simply pushing the burnt end off with your thumb.
DURING THE BURN
Every time you burn your candle it is essential to burn it long enough for the wax pool to reach the edge of the vessel. This can take up to one hour for every inch of diameter of the candle.
Keep your candle on a level, heat-resistant surface. Never burn more than 3 hours at a time. Keep out of reach of your beloved children and pets. Keep away from anything flammable. Keep away from drafts, such as open windows or fans.
AFTER THE BURN
When blowing out your candle, make sure to do it gently.
