Each candle comes with a nostalgic scent that is tied to an Adirondack creature story. This hand-poured, 100% soy candle boasts a crackling wooden wick in a corrugated zinc pot brimming with 7.7 oz of pure soy wax in each candle. The zinc pot is 2.75" round and 3" tall.

Each candle comes with an engraved wooden tag that shares the itty-bitty mini-tale that brings the Adirondack creature and the scent together. Look closely, it may be that an Adirondack creature tracked across the top of your candle. Just like our Adirondack creatures, each candle is unique.

There is no label on the front of the candle, so the candle will compliment your beautifully decorated home.

Note: 100% soy wax candles will naturally begin to frost (especially the darker colors) giving these Adirondack candles their rustic look. Every animal track is unique, just like the animal that left them behind.

Every candle is made in Thurman, NY, south of Lake George in the Adirondacks.

If you do not like your candle for any reason, we will be happy to refund your money, or offer you an exchange. Simply send us an email to TheAdirondackRetreat@gmail.com with the reason you are dissatisfied, so that we can continue to improve our candles. We will return your email with instructions to complete the refund or exchange.
BEFORE THE BURN

Always keep your wood wick trimmed to 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch before relighting your candle. You can do this with a wooden wick trimmer. For a candle already burned you can trim by simply pushing the burnt end off with your thumb.

DURING THE BURN

Every time you burn your candle it is essential to burn it long enough for the wax pool to reach the edge of the vessel. This can take up to one hour for every inch of diameter of the candle.

Keep your candle on a level, heat-resistant surface. Never burn more than 3 hours at a time. Keep out of reach of your beloved children and pets. Keep away from anything flammable. Keep away from drafts, such as open windows or fans.

AFTER THE BURN

When blowing out your candle, make sure to do it gently.
